It is with great honor and pride that I accept the position of MSPA President. I welcome the responsibilities and I will direct my attention to the common goals that we all share as middle school leaders. We are empowered to bring about new resources, teaching and leadership methodologies and a climate of intellectual collaboration to a system that continuously evolves and demands change. I will lead through motivation and inspiration. If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. John Quincy Adams
